Fei Hung
Name:
Fei Hung
Alias:
Life of the Office
Gender:
Male
Age:
24
Physical Description:
Relatively well-built for a white-collar office worker (5'9" and a bit), Fei often jokingly makes comparisons between himself and various professional athletes, much to everyone's amusement and slight annoyance. He's talked about bleaching his brown hair blonde to see what it'd look like, but hasn't followed up yet because 'I'd have to get blonde contacts too'. His nose bears signs of having been broken, but has long since healed. His eyes, like most Chinese people, are a deep brown, almost black, color.
Personality:
Fei is a natural people-magnet, with an open and cheerful outlook on life and a can-do working attitude. His extroverted personality, though perhaps not loved by everyone, is certainly noticeable in every occasion, be it casual, formal or anything inbetween. This, of course, makes him a great candidate for the personable de-facto leader in any group he happens to be in, including the Han and Co. Consultants' Crew.
But he's not all party and no chill; sometimes, Fei can be a very quiet person. Though his exterior behavior can seem aloof and carefree, he can still read people like a book if he wants to, something he's been doing for the longest time. If he feels that someone needs help, he'll be the one to do it, and he'll try anything in his power to get them back up and running.
History:
Hailing from a small town in Taiwan, Fei's dream was originally to become a massive internationally based wrestler. Pretty wild, huh. So you're probably wondering how in the world he managed to land himself in the position of being an actuary stuck in the lowest level of Hong Kong.
Long story short, his dream was brutally shattered, like the dreams of many other children, by the crushing reality check that was (you guessed it) the educational system.
It turned out that the chances of becoming even a small-time wrestler, let alone making it big as one, were (predictably) astronomically slim. It was infinitely safer to just pursue another career...like an actuary. Fei, against his own wishes, resigned himself to a place in the rat race, and just held onto the hopes of making it big in the business sector, if nowhere else.
Putting on the customary mask of outgoing businesslike friendliness from the moment he shook hands with the proprietor of Han and Co. Consultants, Fei felt, deep inside, that his life was beginning to slip down the drain of obscurity.
But, then, he met...the Crew.
These people...they were just like him, in one way or another. Broken dreams, broken hearts and breaking souls; no matter how they tried to hide it, Fei knew it in his heart. And seeing this, Fei fastened his mask a little tighter, a new life goal already in his mind.
"If I can't help myself, then I'll help everyone else. I'll help them to live a little more."
Power:
Being a totally average human.
Drawback:
Being a totally average human.
Trivia and Extras: He's currently kind of head-over-heels for Zhi Rui, even though he tries his hardest to deny it. Everyone totally ships it though, and it's a favorite past-time of everyone in the office to tease him about Zhi.

Zhi Rui
Name:
Zhi Rui
Alias:
小芷 (lit. 'Little Zhi')
Gender:
Female
Age:
23
Physical Description:
Slim, bespectacled, always looking adorably awkward and standing at an incredibly smol 5'1", Zhi is the very definition of 'cinnamon roll'; everyone in the office (especially Fei) agrees that she is extremely huggable and should be protected at all costs from this cruel, cruel world. She dyed her hair navy blue a few years back, and wears blue contacts to go with it, which is also agreed upon by everyone as a much-needed dash of color in the drab office building.
Personality:
As aforementioned, Zhi is a massive, massive cinnamon roll. Nobody is quite sure what kind of traumatic event she's been through but her constant socially awkward demeanor and quiet, excessively submissive 'go-with-the-flow-or-die' attitude points at the potential of several things gone wrong a long time ago.
It also seems as if she's never attended a single health class during all her years of school, because every raunchy joke in the office conveniently flies right over her head, and then everyone feels terrible for confusing her so much. Of course, she never minds, true to her cinnamon roll nature, and insists that everything is 'all fine, all fine and okay'.
History:
Though they don't know it for sure and probably never will (all the better), the Crew is very much right about Zhi having a less than bright past. As it is with many, many broken childhoods, everything begins with a broken family. For as long as she could remember, alcoholism plagued her house and home incessantly, both parents being lost to the vice of drinking and violence. The abuse of their only child, who they directed their unending rage at, was the only thing the two ever bonded over.
So, in a gambit to escape the pounding fists, notched belts and broken bottles that hounded her, day and night, she ran.
Power:
Being a totally average human.
Drawback: Being a totally average human.
Trivia and Extras: She's currently kind of head-over-heels for Fei Hung, but nobody teases her about it because they wouldn't be able to live with themselves if they made her cry or something. So whenever she and Fei are having a moment together, everyone magically clears off and watches from a safe distance, making notes.
